Hassan leads Dacy Care Limited, and is responsible for our ambitious growth and development targets. Hassan is the custodian of our values and inspiration to our people. Hassan arrived in the United Kingdom without formal qualifications and has worked his way from ESOL Entry Three to PhD. His education journey is testimony to his grit and determination but also to the unwavering support by local charities, voluntary organisations, and refugee groups. Hassan is passionate about giving back, and is working with individuals and groups who nurtured him as a refugee including ESOL providers, higher education institutions, employment experts, and refugee champions. Hassan has a proven experience in teaching and learning, inspiring transformation and academic growth through mentoring and coaching in health and social care courses at the University of Bolton. Hassan loves to spend time with family. and is an avid reader and collector of pastoral literature and academic books.
